The amended go well with by civil-trial lawyer Veronica Turner says Clean Rome legal professionals engaged in a “retaliatory charade” once they alleged that she breached her fiduciary responsibility to their purchasers.

The amended go well with says Turner as soon as defended Lycoming Engines, a division of the Avco Corp.—a producer of piston plane engines—in aviation crash instances. When Turner ended her illustration of the businesses, her aviation instances and information had been transferred to Clean Rome, which picked up the illustration of Lycoming Engines and the Avco Corp.
A number of years after that work ended, Turner accepted an project from a plaintiffs’ aviation litigation legislation agency. Turner’s go well with alleges wrongful use of civil proceedings, civil conspiracy and lack of consortium by Turner’s husband.
The preliminary defendants in Turner’s go well with included Clean Rome and three of its legal professionals. The amended go well with names the legal professionals however not Clean Rome as defendants. Different defendants are the Avco Corp. and Textron Inc.
Clean Rome didn’t reply to requests for remark by Law360 and Regulation.com. Clean Rome and the three lawyer defendants didn’t instantly reply to an e mail requesting remark by the ABA Journal.
