We’re thrilled to share a big collaboration with the Mental Property Rights Committee’s esteemed bi-monthly e-newsletter, Intellectualis by College of Legislation, CHRIST (Deemed to be College). The IP Press is becoming a member of arms with Intellectualis to carry you a collection of participating content material.
For the January version, we’re significantly excited to announce our collaboration with the Mental Property Rights Committee. Intellectualis, a bi-monthly e-newsletter run by the IPRC, strives to foster dynamic discussions inside the IP authorized and educational group.
The IP Press, dedicated to delivering the newest developments in mental property to IP lovers, addresses issues throughout numerous stakeholders – from college students and academicians to researchers and start-ups. Our focus is to information and empower people in navigating and defending their mental property rights.
Our workforce of technically adept professionals works in direction of elevating consciousness of up to date IP points by way of workshops, seminars, video lectures, coverage opinions, and advisory companies on IP disputes.
As a part of this collaboration, we’re happy to announce an open name for submissions for the January challenge, exploring the theme “Generative AI and IPR.” We invite you to contribute articles, case analyses, and inventive works, together with comedian strips and art work, to make clear the authorized, moral, and technological dimensions of the connection between Generative AI and Mental Property Rights.
Be a part of us on this exploration of challenges offered by AI-generated works inside the evolving panorama of copyright, patent, and commerce mark legal guidelines.
